Using the platform
You may use this website for lawful, personal and legitimate business purposes connected with Next Gen Beatbox. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape private information, or use public forms to harass or harm others.
Event information
Season 01 dates, artists, format, prizes, merchandise and opportunities may change while arrangements are being finalised. A registration of interest is not a confirmed entry, booking, partnership, purchase or event ticket. Specific competitions, applications, sales and promotions may have additional terms when they open.
Your submissions
You are responsible for information and material you submit. It must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, safe, lawful, and yours to provide. You retain ownership of your original material. You give NGB permission to store and privately review it for selection and event administration. If you are selected, NGB may publish only the profile details and media approved through its roster release controls, and may use that published material to promote your NGB participation. You must have the rights and permissions required for every recording, performance and external link you provide. Submission does not guarantee selection.
Intellectual property
The NGB name, logo, website design, copy and original media are protected by intellectual property rights. You may share public page links, but you may not reproduce, sell, modify or commercially exploit NGB material without permission. Third-party artist, brand and platform material remains the property of its respective owner.
External services
The site may link to Discord, YouTube, merchandise fulfilment, social platforms or other external services. Their availability, content, privacy and terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not make NGB responsible for an external service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform accurate, secure and available, but it is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, NGB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by using or being unable to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Access and changes
We may restrict access, remove submissions or change the platform where reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance or event administration. We may update these terms, with the current version shown here.
